Working closely with you:

• WBC has many years of experience of working with partners around the world
• We will place our Director, as the direct contact point and project leader supported by Senior Consultants and Senior Administrators based in Kuala Lumpur
• Our Director-on-Site will visit you on agreed fixed days and will be available at all times in between

Clear milestones and deliverables:

• During the project initiation phase we will agree clear milestones and deliverables with you to ensure that we are working together on the same page.
  
• We will alert you to any slippage in milestones at an early stage and negotiate solutions and revisions as soon as possible.

Regular meetings and updates:

• At WBC we like to keep in close contact with our clients and we will arrange regular meetings to provide updates, discuss results as they emerge and share ideas and thoughts on any innovations in the project scope or aims.
• Between meetings we will keep communications open on a regular, unobtrusive basis to allow everyone to keep in touch with the project whilst continuing with their other work and schedules.
• Clear organisation and timelines will guide the project team on management and progress points. Both will be agreed with you at the outset of the project
